DoubleTree Paradise Valley Resort and Spa

Scottsdale, AZ

Located in Scottsdale Arizona, the sprawling 378-room resort was in need of a full renovation to all areas throughout the property. TPG DevCon provided all aspects of project and construction management which included renovations to all systems and mechanicals, all guest rooms, food and beverage outlets, lobby, lounge areas as well as the property’s two resort-style pools, expansive presidential suites and more than 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space.

InterContinental at the Plaza

Kansas City, MO

TPG DevCon was engaged to implement a full renovation and brand conversion from the Fairmont Hotel to the InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza. One of Kansas City’s most historic and celebrated properties, the 366-room luxury hotel underwent a full renovation of all systems, mechanicals, new window systems, public space, restaurants, guestrooms and amenities facilities including the fitness center, pool and spa. The renovation earned TPG DevCon InterContinental’s “Developer of the Year” award.

Hilton Suites Magnificent Mile

Chicago, IL

Located in the heart of Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, the 30-story DoubleTree hotel was in need of a full revitalization and rebranding to capitalize on the changing client base. TPGdevcon was engaged to implement a full renovation and brand conversion to the upper-upscale Hilton Suites brand. The urban high-rise hotel underwent a full renovation which included a new building façade and improvements to the roof as well as all systems, mechanicals, public space, restaurants, guestrooms and amenities facilities including the fitness center, pool and spa.

Hilton NY Grand Central

New York, NY

Formerly the Tudor Hotel at the United Nations, the high-rise landmark hotel was in need of a revitalization and modernization effort. TPG DevCon was engaged to perform a full renovation and brand conversion to the Hilton NY Grand Central. Located on Manhattan’s East Side, the iconic hotel was transformed with a full renovation of all systems, mechanicals, public space, restaurants, guestrooms, and amenities facilities including the fitness center and “grab-n-go” food retailer. The project earned TPG DevCon Hilton’s prestigious “Best Renovation”Award.

Westin DFW Airport

Irving, TX

Formerly operating under a small regional brand, the 506-room hotel was in need of a full renovation and which included all new systems, mechanicals, public space, restaurants, guestrooms and amenities facilities including the fitness center, and rooftop pool. TPGdevcon managed all aspects of the comprehensive renovation and brand conversion to the upper-upscale Westin DFW Airport Hotel.

DoubleTree Santa Monica

Santa Monica, CA

Located steps from the world-famous Santa Monica Pier, the 253-all suites DoubleTree by Hilton Santa Monica was in need of a full renovation and update to all systems, mechanicals, public space, restaurants, guestrooms and amenities facilities including the fitness center and the 10-story interior atrium.

Hilton Resort & Villas

Scottsdale, AZ

Located in Scottsdale, Arizona, the sprawling 185-room hotel was in need of a full renovation which included all systems, mechanicals, public space, restaurants, guestrooms and amenities facilities including the fitness center, pool and spa. Additionally, the Resort featured 35 luxury villas that were partially completed. TPG DevCon managed all aspects of the hotel renovation and the build-out and completion of the luxury villas.

Wyndham Resort at Disney Springs

Lake Buena Vista, FL

Previously operating as the independent brand Grosvenor Hotel, the 626-room hotel located adjacent to downtown Disney in Lake Buena Vista, FL was in need of a full renovation and comprehensive rebranding effort to comply with the strict Disney brand standards. TPG DevCon was engaged to fully renovate all systems, mechanicals, public space, restaurants, guestrooms and amenities facilities including the fitness center and a Disney-like, resort-style pool and outdoor activity facility. Additionally, the hotel was bifurcated to accommodate a dual-branding strategy; Wyndham Garden Inn and the Wyndham Resort.
