DoubleTree Paradise Valley Resort and Spa
Located in the resort area of Scottsdale, Arizona, this 378 room DoubleTree property in the Paradise Valley corridor required a complete resort renovation. TPG DevCon provided full project and construction management for upgrades to building systems and mechanicals, all guest rooms, food and beverage outlets, lobby and lounge areas. The renovation also included two resort style pools, expansive presidential suites and more than 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space.
InterContinental at the Plaza
TPG DevCon managed a full renovation and brand conversion of this historic 366 room property from the Fairmont Hotel to the InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza. The project included replacement of building systems and mechanicals, new window systems, renovated public spaces, restaurants, guestrooms and amenities such as the fitness center, pool and spa. The renovation earned TPG DevCon InterContinental’s “Developer of the Year” award.
Hilton Suites Magnificent Mile
In the heart of Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, TPG DevCon led a complete hotel revitalization and brand conversion from a DoubleTree hotel to the upper upscale Hilton Suites brand. The 30 story urban high rise underwent a full renovation, including a new building facade, roof improvements, systems and mechanicals, public areas, restaurants, guestrooms and amenities spaces such as the fitness center, pool and spa.
Hilton NY Grand Central
Formerly the Tudor Hotel at the United Nations, this landmark hotel on Manhattan’s East Side required modernization while respecting its history and location. TPG DevCon managed a full renovation and brand conversion to Hilton NY Grand Central, including upgrades to systems and mechanicals, public spaces, restaurants, guestrooms and amenities areas. The project earned Hilton’s “Best Renovation” award in recognition of the quality and completeness of the work.
Westin DFW Airport
TPG DevCon was engaged to reposition a 506 room airport hotel in the Dallas Fort Worth market. Formerly operating under a regional brand, the property underwent a comprehensive renovation and brand conversion to the upper upscale Westin DFW Airport Hotel. The scope included all new systems and mechanicals, refreshed public spaces, restaurants, guestrooms and amenities facilities including the fitness center and rooftop pool.
DoubleTree Santa Monica
Steps from the Santa Monica Pier, this 253 suite DoubleTree by Hilton required a full renovation to remain competitive in a high visibility coastal market. TPG DevCon oversaw upgrades to systems and mechanicals, public spaces, restaurants, guestrooms and amenities, including enhancements to the 10 story interior atrium that anchors the property.
Hilton Resort & Villas
For this 185 room Hilton resort in Scottsdale, Arizona, TPG DevCon managed a complete hotel renovation along with the build out and completion of 35 partially constructed luxury villas. The project encompassed improvements to systems and mechanicals, public areas, restaurants, guestrooms, fitness center, pool and spa, as well as delivery of high end villa accommodations suitable for extended stay and resort guests.
Wyndham Resort at Disney Springs
TPG DevCon led a full renovation and comprehensive rebranding of this 626 room property, previously operating as the independent Grosvenor Hotel, to meet strict Disney and Wyndham brand standards. The work included upgrades to systems and mechanicals, public spaces, restaurants, guestrooms and amenities, as well as creation of a resort style pool and outdoor activity area. The hotel was also configured to support a dual branding strategy as both Wyndham Garden Inn and Wyndham Resort.
