EastGate Hotel Residential Conversion

New York, NY

Located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, the underperforming EastGate Hotel was converted to upscale residential apartments; The Nash NYC. Prior to its conversion, Procaccianti Companies served as co-General Partner and TPGdevcon served as joint developer during initial phases of pre-planning for repositioning and disposition.

FLATOTEL NYC

New York, NY

Located in mid-town Manhattan, ownership of the FLATOTEL NYC set forth an aggressive adaptive reuse strategy to convert the underperforming hotel to an upscale residential tower to satisfy the high demand for downtown residential housing. Prior to its conversion, Procaccianti Companies served as co-General Partner and TPGdevcon served as joint developer during initial phases of pre-planning for repositioning and disposition.

Empire@Broadway

Providence, RI

Located on one of New Englands most visible highway-adjacent site is Empire@Broadway, an irreplaceable true gateway location to Downtown Providence. Currently in its conceptual stages, TPGdevcon is working closely with several potential tenants to develop a world-class corporate headquarters within a mixed-use facility rising 22-36 stories. Shown here is an early stage concept which includes ground floor pedestrian retail, parking, commercial office and potentially a residential component.

The ALEX Hotel New York

New York, NY

Located near world renowned Times Square in the heart of Manhattan, the ALEX Hotel underwent an aggressive adaptive reuse strategy to convert the underperforming hotel to an upscale residential tower to satisfy the high demand for downtown residential housing. Prior to its conversion, Procaccianti Companies served as co-General Partner and TPGdevcon served as joint developer during initial phases of pre-planning for repositioning and disposition.

Sixty-Sixty Miami

Miami, FL

Located in prestigious Miami Beach on the InterCoastal waterway, the former underperforming Holiday Inn was in need of a comprehensive repositioning to capitalize on the properties highest and best use. The 86-room hotel was converted to upscale condominiums and TPGdevcon was engaged to oversee all aspects of the project which included turn-key, pre-development, permitting, development, construction and project management services.

French Quarter

New Orleans, LA

Located at 111 Iberville Street in New Orleans’s world renowned French Quarter, TPGdevcon is in the construction phase of the first new hotel built in the French Quarter in decades. Formerly a sugar plant, this adaptive reuse project will reinvent this local landmark into an upscale chic boutique hotel consisting of 82 rooms. Other amenities will include a rooftop lounge, restaurant, and lobby lounge.
