TPG DevCon constructed the A.C. Hotel in San Jose, CA, a Marriott lifestyle, boutique product. The first A.C. Hotel built in the state of California, this LEED Certified development is a 210-room, seven (7) story hotel located in the desirable San Jose Convention and Business District. TPG DevCon acquired the urban site adjacent to Highway 87 and Adobe’s World Headquarters and immediately recognized the brand’s appeal to the technology market and millennial travelers in the Silicon Valley.

Located in the heart of Downtown Providence, the 364-room Westin Providence Hotel previously owned by the State of Rhode Island was acquired by Procaccianti Companies. Immediately following acquisition, The Company proceeded with an aggressive expansion plan to include 200 additional hotel rooms, five parking levels, a pedestrian level restaurant, retail space, and residential space. At 32 stories, the new high-rise tower is the state’s tallest building developed in the last 40 years. TPG DevCon provided turn-key, pre-development, permitting, development, construction management, and project management services and delivered a spectacular addition to RI’s skyline in approximately 18 months.

Partially built within a historic building dating back to 1870, the former home to a Civil War Union General, TPG DevCon provided project management and development services in the construction of the new Moxy D.C. Hotel, which boasts 200-rooms within 14-stories situated on 1011 K Street NW in downtown D.C.

TPG DevCon developed and constructed one of Hyatt Corporation’s newest focused-service extended stay brands. Located in the emerging downtown district of Atlanta, the 150-room, 7-story Hyatt House Hotel is directly across the street from the Georgia Aquarium and serves as an anchor for the central business district.

In the heart of Providence’s Convention Center District, the Residence Inn Hotel stands 9 stories and comprises 176 all-suites guestrooms. TPG DevCon provided turn-key project management services which included design and architecture, site work and permitting, demolition of the existing structure and construction management. TPGdevcon also managed the procurement and installation of the furniture, fixtures and equipment. The hotel opened in October 2019 and was completed in approximately 18 months.

Located at 6th and K Streets in the nation’s capital, in a joint venture with a D.C.-local real estate developer, TPGdevcon provided program management services for the 14-story, 234-room select service hotel. Now open, the property is managed by TPGdevcon’s hospitality management affiliate, TPG Hotels, Resorts & Marinas.
