Class 'A' Office Building

Santa Monica, CA

Located just steps from the world-famous Santa Monica Pier, this three-story Class ‘A’ Office Building was in need of a comprehensive property improvement to appeal to the tech-savvy business clientele of Southern California. TPGdevcon completed a full renovation of all systems, mechanicals, and interior office amenities.

Century Plaza

Cranston, RI

Build from the ground up in the state’s second largest suburb, Century Plaza is comprised of nearly 40,000 square feet with four levels of Class ‘A’ office space. In addition to managing all aspects of development and construction, the property has undergone multiple renovation and modernization efforts including new mechanicals and multiple interior office reconfigurations.

Class ‘A’ Office

Palm Beach, FL

Located in the heart of world-renowned Banker’s Row in Palm Beach, TPG DevCon was engaged to manage the comprehensive renovation and repositioning project at the deco-style, 3-story class ‘A’ office building. TPG DevCon oversaw all aspects of the permitting, development, and strategic design and reposition to include executive office suites on the building’s penthouse level.

CubeSmart Self Storage Facility

Cranston, RI

Procaccianti Companies developed the state’s most advanced self-storage facility located on a vacant, blighted site adjacent to one of the State’s busiest interstate highways in Rhode Island. TPG DevCon provided turn-key, pre-development, permitting, development, construction, and project management services. The company has another self-storage facility in the southern part of the state.

LA Fitness

Providence, RI

TPG developed a new 45,000 square ft. modern fitness center on a formerly vacant site of a large retail tenant. On North Main Street at the Providence/Pawtucket line, the fitness facility boasts high-end fitness equipment and amenities across two floors, with a pool and spa.

The Pointe Homes

East Matunuck, RI

The Pointe Homes at East Matunuck is a residential subdivision comprised of sixteen (16) waterfront homes on approximately 9 acres in South Kingstown, Rhode Island. Working closely with the coastal authorities throughout the entire permitting and land development process, TPG DevCon constructed this upscale waterfront residential community. Each 2-story home at the Pointe includes upscale finishes, breathtaking views and multiple community amenities. The neighborhood is situated on its own lot separated by a canal, and it benefits from its own private separate entrance. The Point is almost entirely surrounded by Potters Pond, one of the most desirable waterfront areas in Southern Rhode Island.

TPG Devcon has managed the ground-up new build of multiple retail fuel centers (gas stations) including all aspects of development including site selection, pro-forma development and highest best use analysis, execute deal (lease or purchase), management of design process, full entitlements, construction budgeting, and serve as owner’s representative throughout the construction process.

Procaccianti Companies developed its second CubeSmart self-storage facility located on a vacant, blighted site adjacent to multiple demand drivers in Southern Rhode Island, including the state's largest university. TPG DevCon provided turn-key, pre-development, permitting, development, construction and project management services.
